Was ‘go to the gym more often’ one of your New Years resolutions? I think everyone I know has that on their list in some way, shape or form. This means that for the month of January the gym is going to be EXTRA busy… and if you want to make sure you actually achieve your New Years resolution I suggest you avoid the gym at these times!!
The Busiest Day of the week at the Gym – TUESDAY (Monday and Wednesday come in 2nd and 3rd)
The Busiest Time at the Gym – 6:30pm (On weekends – the busiest time is 10am)
The Busiest Day of The Year at the Gym – January 13th!!
So if you want to make sure you actually keep and stick with your New Years resolutions.. don’t go to the gym at these times!
