Many of us have started the new year with the mindset that we want to get healthier. Based on this article…it looks like there will be many temptations that come up that cause us to give up in 3 weeks and 4 days. That said, remember, moderation is key. I personally believe that if you eat clean 90% of the time and exercise you can still accomplish the goal.
What tempts us so much?
For Women—chocolate, Wine, Cheese, Chips and Cake are the hardest for us to give up.
For Men—-Beer, Chocolate, Wine, Cheese and Pizza, so very similar to women.
Vacations in the winter months also don’t really help the situation.
I am not an expert—but I do have goals and I LOVE chocolate. Yes, I have indulged too much, and that will stop but I do not want to deprive myself of things that I enjoy. I work out, I try and eat as clean as possible and I am getting better at drinking MORE WATER. I guess we will see how it goes haha
