You may have heard that Beyonce released a new song over the weekend!
The new song is called “Sorry”, Beyonce released it Saturday night as part of her new album “Lemonade”. In the song, it appears Beyonce is referring to an alleged infidelity involving her hubby Jay-Z and a fashion designer, who is referred to in the song as “Becky with the good hair”. (You can check out the song here).
So, of course, EVERYONE on the Internet was freaking out trying to figure out who “Becky with the good hair” is.
Turns out, designer Rachel Roy, who has been linked to Jay-Z in the past, seems to have responded to the song on Instagram. Rachel Roy posted a pic on Instagram of herself with the caption “Good hair don’t care, but we will take good lighting, for selfies or self truths, always. Live in the light #nodramaqueens”.
She has since deleted the post, but it looks like we’ve found out who Becky is.
Rachel Roy then sent a tweet, seemily in response to the song and the media storm that has followed alleging she had relations with Jay-Z while he was married. Check it out…
I respect love, marriages, families and strength. What shouldn’t be tolerated by anyone, no matter what, is bullying, of any kind.

Well, needless to say, all the Beyonce fans on Twitter responded to that tweet calling Rachel Roy ALL of the names including wh**e, homewrecker, and so on.
BUT here’s my question – WHY ISN’T JAY-Z GETTING ANY HEAT? I’m not defending anyone or saying anything about the situation, I don’t even know if it’s true, but I don’t like the double standard.
I don’t like it at all.
That’s gotta change.
Like, right now.
