Apparently this could lead to less fat in chocolate….
New research suggests making a lower fat version of the sweet stuff is all in “the electrical trick.”
So how does this all work?? By running liquid chocolate through an electric field, which helps make it flow more easily. Researches say by using this method, they were able to reduce the amount of fat by about 10 percent!!
Do you even care if the chocolate has less fat?? I think that is WHY I love it so much!! When I want chocolate I want chocolate…because its CHOCOLATE!!!! Or I just eat dark chocolate with chili….ooooh so good!!!
