We shower to stay clean, seems logical. But what if you were to stop showing completely? What would happen to your body?

A new study actually shows that nighttime is the best time of day to hop in the shower. Having a warm body when you get into bed will help you sleep better, as well as being clean will keep your bed sheets cleaner, longer (plus less laundry loads!). And of course, having a clean pillow at night can help you avoid breakouts on your face.
